RNC Employment Services is helping to recruit 25 experienced and reliable Warehouse Associates immediately. This is a fast-paced, physical position essential to daily operations.

We will be hosting a Job Fair on Friday November 6, 2026 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm with a local business onsite at their location in Mississauga near the airport.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently perform order picking, packing, receiving, and stocking duties.
- Accurately operate an RF Scanner for all inventory and transaction processes.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Maintain speed and accuracy while meeting daily production quotas.
- Safely load/unload materials and move products within the facility.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.




- Demonstrated proficiency with RF scanning technology.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
- High commitment to attendance, punctuality, and safety.
- Valuable communication skills to understand and follow instruction and safety requirements.
- Candidates with a vehicle and or in close proximity to the job locations preferred.
- Full-time seasonal roles, that can turn into permanent depending on performance

Job Locations:

Steeles Avenue & Tomken Rd, Brampton

- Morning Shift: $19.07 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $19.83 per hour
- Night Shift: $20.59 per hour

This job involves warehouse duties such as sorting, packing, loading ladies clothing, etc.

Britannia Road West & Millcreek Drive, Mississauga
