We are seeking energetic and motivated servers & bartenders that also have real management experience to join our bustling team for the upcoming fall and winter season! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Prepare and serve drinks as a bartender, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
- Manage tables and floor operations smoothly, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS, including cash handling duties
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Monitor guest needs proactively, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with order delivery, setup, or cleanup as needed
Experience
- THIS POSITION REQUIRES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH VOLUME RESTAURANT & BAR
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently
- Excellent customer service & hospitality skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Experience in hospitality or food industry roles is REQUIRED
