Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Waterproofer to join our construction team. This role involves applying waterproofing materials and techniques to protect structures from water damage, ensuring durability and longevity of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related tasks, with proficiency in various hand tools and building methods. This position offers an chance to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, contributing to high-quality construction and restoration efforts.

Duties

- Install waterproof membranes, coatings, and sealants using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications
- Collaborate with carpenters, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of waterproofing systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each projectExperience




- Prior experience in construction or restoration work is highly preferred
- Knowledge of waterproofing process, including interior and exterior waterproofing systems and finish work
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise application of waterproofing systems
- Experience working with waterproof membranes, coatings, sealants, and related materials is a Strong plus
- Ability to assist with both interior and exterior waterproofing aplications.
- Valid drivers lisence mandatory
- Ability to drive heavy duty truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Ability to operate mini excavators for exterior waterproofing digs is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:

- Waterproofing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
