Beacon Hill Dental, now under the ownership of Dr. Alan Chang, is growing — and we're looking for a Dental Administrator to join our team!

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and create a positive, qualified first impression.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain an efficient schedule.
- Manage insurance claims, estimates, and patient accounts.




- Communicate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and appointment details.
- Support patient recall, follow-ups, and treatment scheduling.
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Who We're Looking For

- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with patients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, insurance, and financial arrangements.
- Dental administration experience preferred.
- ClearDent experience is an asset.
- Eager to learn, improve, and contribute to a growing practice.
