Titan Security is a company based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, established in 2016. Providing a variety of services, such as mobile patrol, event and static security, crisis support and long-term care support, our focus being how we can better support our communities, especially the people within them.

Job Overview:

In this role, you are responsible for the safety and protection of staff, residents, and property. In this role, the successful candidate will work individually and as a team, by patrolling and interacting with clients and residents. Effective communication is a very important skill in this role, incidents will arise, and Security will need to respond through incident reporting and high-level problem-solving.

Core Responsibilities:

- Interact professionally with co-workers, residents, and clients.
- Respond to complaints and concerns from, clients, and residents and escalate accordingly (i.e., fire, theft, threats, etc.).
- Report writing (incidents, shift reports, daily pass-on books, and vehicle maintenance logs).




- Implement security measures to protect property, residents, and staff; patrol assigned areas to monitor activities; and ensure rules and regulations are followed.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

- Maintain integrity, clear written and oral communication skills, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a Security Guard.

Pay: $17.40 per hour
