S & S Capital manages a portfolio of rental properties in Brampton and Etobicoke (~118 tenants). We are hiring a part-time property manager to run the portfolio day to day.

Your top three priorities, in this order:

1. Full rent collection — all rent collected within 7 days of its due date

2. Zero vacancy rate — advertise, show, screen applicants, and lease every vacant unit

3. On-site property inspections and fire-safety compliance

Responsibilities: leasing of all units (advertising, inquiries, showings, applications, lease documents prepared for owner approval); tenant relations; scheduling and attending inspections, tracking deficiencies through to close-out; directing and coordinating the other contractors and the superintendent; maintenance coordination; files and reporting to the owner.

First-month deliverable: a functional portfolio software system live with written SOPs and a walkthrough, completed within the first month.

What we require:



proven residential property-management experience in Ontario; working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act; driver's licence and reliable vehicle; a clean police record check (a condition of the engagement); and references from employers or landlords you have actually worked for.

Who we want: someone honest, acting in valuable faith, and loyal to the Firm — who runs the portfolio like it's their own.

Pay: $35–$40 per hour, plus a $200/month vehicle incentive.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
