The Tooth Corner is looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team in Innisfil, Ontario! We are seeking a patient-focused professional with previous dental office experience who can help keep our clinic running smoothly while providing an exceptional experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage patient appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and recalls.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system.
- Process payments, submit insurance claims, and assist with insurance inquiries.
- Verify insurance coverage and explain treatment estimates to patients.
- Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage the reception area and support the administrative needs of the clinic.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable privacy policies.

Qualifications

- Previous dental reception experience is required.




- Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment procedures, and dental insurance is essential.
- Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy dental environment.
