All Ways Clean is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining clean, protected, and welcoming environments for our clients.

What You’ll Do

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of commercial properties, residential buildings, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Clean walls and other surfaces using appropriate tools and equipment, including buffing machinery when required.
- Remove dust, debris, garbage, and recycling, ensuring all waste is disposed of properly.
- Clean and maintain a variety of surfaces, fixtures, and common areas to meet All Ways Clean’s quality standards.
- Safely handle cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
- Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, or repair needs to management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, health and safety practices, and site-specific requirements.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or facilities maintenance is an asset.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and proper cleaning techniques.




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow instructions.
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment as required.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are assets, depending on the position requirements.
