We are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a private male employer with an Acquired Brain Injury to provide personal care and assistance with all activities of daily living.

Location:

- Nanaimo, BC (Near Beban Park)

Casual Shifts & Hours of Work:

- 8-hour day shifts available

Compensation:

- $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

- Cueing and direction through all activities of daily living
- Taking the individual out into the community while maintaining safety
- Range of motion exercises

Required Qualifications:

- Class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle required
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Health Care Aide Certificate
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience with Acquired Brain Injuries or mental health
- An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered
- Non-smoker
- Live in Nanaimo, BC
