Job Responsibilities:

- Dispatch limousines according to company rules and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Work night shifts, demonstrating availability and flexibility to cover shifts as required.
- Previous taxi or limousine experience is a must, with an understanding of the transportation industry.
- Provide fast responses to customer inquiries and requests, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the Order Taker team, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:





- Proven experience in dispatching within the taxi or limousine industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with GPS and dispatching software is an asset.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
