Description

Air Creebec is seeking a Marketing Advisor to support the marketing department's daily operations, working closely with the Marketing and Business Development Director and the Social Media Manager. This role encompasses CRM management, website maintenance, advertising campaigns, SEO, performance analysis, market research, public relations, email marketing, logistics coordination, and administrative support. It requires an autonomous, analytical, and versatile individual capable of navigating between data, strategy, and on-the-ground execution.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a hybrid work arrangement, combining work from home, office presence, and occasional travel. Candidates must be based in or near Montreal, Val-d'Or or Timmins.

Requested skills

- College diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, or business administration, or an equivalent combination of experience. Extensive experience may compensate for the lack of a degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience.
- Experience with a CRM tool (HubSpot preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO and search marketing principles.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of WordPress and ability to update web content.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.




- Highly proficient with artificial intelligence tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and able to integrate them into workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual (French and English), with excellent communication and writing skills in both languages. English proficiency is required for daily interaction with English-speaking colleagues and clients based in Ontario.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license

Assets

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or other).
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience in the aviation, transportation, or travel sectors.
- Graphic design experience or knowledge of tools such as Canva or the Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of the Cree language is considered an asset.
