Part-Time Industrial Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Industrial Dishwasher to join our busy poultry processing facility. This is a temporary part-time position on the afternoon shift, with the potential for long-term opportunities in other areas of the operation for the right candidate.

The Industrial Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and materials while following strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize totes, cutting boards, and other production equipment and materials.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.
- Operate industrial dishwashing and cleaning equipment; training will be provided.
- Keep dishwashing and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Complete additional cleaning and sanitation tasks as required.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Support the production team with other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work in a cold, wet, and fast-paced food production environment.




- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Work Environment

- Indoor poultry food-production environment.
- Exposure to cold, wet conditions and poultry-related odours.
- Role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning activities.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.

Compensation

- Pay: $19.00/h
- Hours: Approximately 4–5 hours per day
- Shift: Afternoon shift
- Position: Part-time
