One of our clients is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, civil, industrial, or related distribution and a solid understanding of working with contractors, trades, and commercial customers.

Candidates with experience at companies such as EMCO, Robinson, Andrew Sheret, Wolseley, Westlund, or similar construction and industrial distributors are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Provide product information, pricing, quotes, and availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, trades, and commercial customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, delivery, and outside sales teams
- Resolve customer questions and issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records




- Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements

- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in construction, civil, industrial, plumbing, mechanical, or related distribution
- Experience working with contractors, trades, and commercial customers
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products and distribution processes
- Strong English communication skills – must be able to speak, read, and understand English clearly
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with EMCO, Robinson, Andrew Sheret, Wolseley, Westlund, or similar companies is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
