ReJoo Clinic is seeking a passionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our expanding multidisciplinary medical team in North York, Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the NP scope of practice.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and preventive health screenings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations, prescribe medications, and initiate specialist referrals as appropriate.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans.
- Provide chronic disease management, preventive care, and patient education.
- Collaborate with family physicians and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EMR.

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse in the Extended Class (NP) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), or eligible for registration prior to starting.
- Primary Health Care NP certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and communication skills.
- Ability to practise autonomously within the NP scope while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for comprehensive, patient-centred primary care.




- Korean language proficiency is a strong asset given our significant Korean-speaking patient population, but is not required.
- New graduates and experienced NPs are welcome to apply!
