Are you a proven closer with at least two years of phone sales experience who thrives in a in a high-performance environment and wants to be rewarded for results?

LinkNow is looking for top-performing, goal-driven closers to join our growing team. We develop dynamic websites and digital marketing solutions for over 10,000 clients across the United States and Canada, and we are seeking confident closers who know how to win deals. This is a full time, permanent, remote B2B sales role focused on outbound calling and same-day sales. If you are persuasive, self-motivated, and excited by bonuses and uncapped commissions, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

- Base Pay: $18 per hour
- Average Commission: $100 to $450 per sale
- Salary Range After Ramp-up: $75,000 to $130,000+ annually
- Bonuses & Commissions: Daily and weekly bonuses plus uncapped commissions
- Signing Bonus: $1,000 after one month with the company
- Pay Schedule: Weekly pay
- Paid training

Full Time – Permanent - Remote
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

- Present and promote our services to potential clients through outbound calls. The leads will be provided to you, this is not a prospecting role.
- Sell websites and digital marketing solutions in a B2B, same-day sales environment.
- Assess the needs of potential clients and sell solutions that best fit their business
- Build value, handle objections, and close deals
- Develop creative sales strategies for potential clients
- Participate in sales meetings and training programs
- Accurately document all relevant client information and communications in our system

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of outbound phone sales experience
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, B2B sales, and same-day sales
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong phone presence and conversational ability
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Assertive, persuasive, and self-starting personality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Desire to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to handle pressure professionally and appropriately

Work From Home Requirements

- Candidates must have reliable internet and a computer (Mac is not compatible)
- We must be able to install our version of Office365 on your computer




- Our preferred browser during work hours is Chrome

Knowledge of the English language is required in this position because the employee will be required to serve exclusively anglophone customers outside of Quebec, both by email and telephone on a daily basis.
