Everyone Needs a Little Grace

At Style & Grace, we do more than clean and preserve wedding gowns—we help preserve life’s greatest memories.

Backed by more than 50 years of garment-care experience, Style & Grace is a multi-generational family business specializing in wedding gowns, formal wear, cultural garments, and other treasured pieces connected to life’s most meaningful occasions.

From the first consultation to the final delivery, every gown is handled with exceptional care, attention, and respect.

About the Role

Style & Grace is looking for a warm, polished, and dependable Mobile Wedding Gown Consultant to join the Grace Team.

This is first and foremost a gown-consulting and client-service position. You will meet with brides and families, learn about their gowns, explain our services, document garment details, answer questions, and help clients feel confident that their treasured garments are in trusted hands.

As part of providing a complete and personalized client experience, you will also pick up and deliver wedding gowns, preservation boxes, formal wear, cultural garments, and other special pieces throughout Toronto and the surrounding area.

You will represent Style & Grace in clients’ homes and when working with bridal boutiques, wedding professionals, and referral partners. Every interaction should reflect the care, professionalism, expertise, and warmth associated with the Style & Grace name.

Previous bridal, garment-care, luxury retail, or consultation experience is an asset but is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided on our gown-care services, consultation process, garment handling, technology, and delivery procedures.

What You’ll Do

Gown Consultation and Client Service

- Conduct warm, professional, and reassuring consultations with brides, families, and other clients.
- Learn about each gown, including its history, condition, sentimental value, and the client’s goals for cleaning, restoration, or preservation.
- Explain Style & Grace’s gown-care, cleaning, restoration, finishing, and preservation services.
- Ask thoughtful questions and help clients understand the services available to them.
- Carefully review gowns and garments, documenting visible stains, damage, areas of concern, special details, and client instructions.
- Take photographs and complete accurate intake documentation using Style & Grace’s systems.
- Set clear and appropriate expectations regarding the gown-care process, timelines, pricing, and next steps.
- Respond to client questions and concerns with care, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the service process, including providing updates when required.
- Present completed gowns and preservation boxes professionally when returning them to clients.
- Build trusted relationships with brides, families, bridal boutiques, wedding professionals, and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to educate clients and partners about Style & Grace’s services.
- Protect the client experience and the Style & Grace reputation in every interaction.
- Participate in training at our production facility to understand the complete journey of a gown—from consultation and intake through cleaning, finishing, restoration, preservation, and return.

Mobile Pickup and Delivery

- Pick up and deliver wedding gowns, preservation boxes, formal wear, cultural garments, and other treasured pieces.
- Complete residential, boutique, retail, and business-to-business appointments throughout Toronto and the surrounding area.
- Handle delicate, valuable, and meaningful garments with exceptional care.
- Ensure gowns, garments, and preservation boxes are safely secured and protected during transportation.

- Communicate with clients and team members regarding arrival times, delays, special instructions, order concerns, and appointment updates.
- Balance thoughtful client service with appointment schedules, Toronto traffic, changing weather, and parking conditions.
- Use an iPad, laptop, smartphone, GPS, parking applications, and the SMRT App.
- Complete order updates, consultation notes, delivery documentation, phone communication, and related administrative duties.
- Confirm that on-demand orders meet minimum-order and delivery-charge requirements.
- Make practical decisions when schedules, traffic conditions, or client needs change.
- Monitor the assigned vehicle and report any cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns.
- Support the tracking of mobile-service and delivery costs in relation to incoming sales.
