RED SEAL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

If you're really good at this trade, we want to talk.

We're looking for an experienced Red Seal Automotive Service Technician who knows the difference between replacing parts and actually diagnosing a vehicle.

Someone who can take a difficult problem, work through it properly, fix it right and take pride in handing the keys back knowing the job is done.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be our person if you:

- Hold a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
- Are strong in diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Can confidently handle brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, engine and HVAC work
- Are comfortable with modern scan tools and computerized vehicle systems
- Can read wiring diagrams and diagnose rather than guess
- Work efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
- Can manage your jobs without someone constantly looking over your shoulder
- Keep your bay and equipment organized
- Communicate well with service advisors and other technicians
- Take responsibility when something doesn't go according to plan
- Still care about doing the job properly

Experience with hybrid/EV systems, ADAS, advanced electrical diagnostics or complex drivability problems is a major asset.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT

We're not looking for someone who fires the parts cannon.

We're not looking for someone who disappears when a difficult diagnostic job rolls through the door.

And we're definitely not looking for someone who thinks "good enough" is good enough.
