Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to order with attention to quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service efficiently during busy hours
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




- Monitor food temperatures and quality throughout the preparation process

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of serving and food industry standards is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
