About the Role

Intrepid Health Solutions (IHS) is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Brampton. This role will play an important part in delivering safe, high-quality patient care while supporting the pharmacy's clinical and operational needs.

Candidates with compounding or specialty pharmacy experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with regulatory and professional standards
- Provide compounding and/or specialty pharmacy services as required
- Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, side effects, and adherence
- Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and pharmacy management to support patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and pharmacy documentation
- Support inventory management, including specialty and compounding supplies
- Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy legislation, standards, and policies
- Support a collaborative and patient-focused pharmacy environment

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Previous compounding and/or specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-counselling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to medication safety




- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-site healthcare environment

Compensation & Advantages

- Base Salary: $120,000 per year
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 15% of base salary
- Bonus eligibility will be based on defined individual, clinical, and pharmacy operational performance metrics
