- Availability for at least one evening per week, with two evenings considered an asset

What We Provide
- A steady stream of client referrals suited to your clinical interests, strengths, and niche
- Fair compensation of 60% of rates charged to clients
- A warm, professional office space in Thunder Bay
- Support with scheduling, client communication, marketing, and administrative systems
- Jane practice-management software for scheduling and secure clinical documentation

- Flexibility and autonomy to shape your schedule and develop a caseload that works for you
- Room to grow as a therapist, expand your caseload, develop your clinical niche, and contribute to the growth of Oak & Rose
We want you to have the freedom of private practice without having to build it all alone.
