We are seeking a skilled fabricator/welder to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role involves working with various materials and machinery to build high-quality products that meet our specifications and standards.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Utilize welding techniques to fabricate components and structures as per specifications.
- Operate machinery including press brake machines, cranes, and rigs for material handling and fabrication tasks.
- Measure and cut materials using calipers and other tools, ensuring precision in all aspects of work.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy in measurements and material requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication is required.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating various fabrication tools and equipment safely.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
