Flybridge Inc. is looking to hire Seasonal FT/PT Stock/Sales Associates who have a passion for design, customer service and retail sales for their Bowring retail store specializing in home décor.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Help ensure daily store sales goals are met

· Ensure store upkeep and cleanliness, including restocking

· Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and productive stockroom.

· Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.

· Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.

· Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1+ years retail sales experience





· Proven ability to achieve daily store sales goals

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service or retail experience preferred

· Good communication skills

· Ability to think critically and work independently or as a member of the team

Physical Demands:

· Ability to move and/ or lift up to 50 pounds, heavier merchandise with team assist

· Comfortable with the use of ladders

· Must be available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
