Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement gymnastics training programs for athletes of varying skill levels
- Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and safety measures in gymnastics
- Create a positive and encouraging training workplace to motivate athletes
- Plan and lead gymnastics classes, practices, and competitions
- Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their skills
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate training schedules and activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with athletes of all ages
- Certification in gymnastics coaching is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping athletes succeed
