HIRING BONUS

Hauling grain with straight trailers to Northern USA, gone for a week at a time,weekends off.

Starting wage is 50-55 cents per mile DOQ

Paid pick/drops and waiting time

We are seeking a safety-conscious Truck Driver – Class 1 to transport GRAIN reliably and professionally. The role involves operating commercial vehicles, completing required inspections and paperwork, and handling freight safely at pickup and delivery locations.

Responsibilities

- Operate a Class 1 commercial truck on assigned routes and follow applicable road safety regulations.
- Pick up, transport, and deliver GRAIN accurately and on schedule.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report vehicle defects and safety concerns promptly.
- Secure, load, and unload freight using appropriate procedures and equipment.
- Maintain accurate trip, delivery, inspection, and freight documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers,



and receiving staff.
- Keep the vehicle clean and orderly, and support basic upkeep; report repair needs rather than performing unauthorized repairs.
- Follow site procedures when working around heavy equipment and loading areas.

Experience

- Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s licence and a safe driving record.
- Previous commercial driving and freight transport experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and automotive repair is helpful.
- Dependability, sound judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to safe, qualified service.

Pay: From $0.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
