ORÍA Cleaning is a growing cleaning company specializing in residential cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, and select commercial cleaning services. We take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness, attention to detail, and a polished finish in every space we service.

We’re looking to build a roster of dependable, detail-oriented cleaning associates who can support our team as new jobs and client bookings come in.

The Prospect

This is a flexible, on-call position ideal for someone looking for supplemental income and the ability to accept cleaning assignments based on their availability. Work is offered as needed, depending on client bookings and business demand. There are no guaranteed weekly hours, and the frequency of assignments may vary.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, understand the importance of consistency, and can help us maintain the quality and professionalism our clients expect.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial cleaning assignments to ORÍA’s quality standards.
- Complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and general tidying.
- Handle move-in/move-out cleans and short-term rental turnovers as assigned.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional approach while working in clients’ homes and properties.
- Communicate promptly regarding availability, scheduling, and job completion.
- Treat clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy with care and respect.

Qualifications

- Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Comfortable accepting assignments on an as-needed basis.
- Must be able to travel to assigned job locations within the service area.
- Availability for occasional weekday and weekend assignments is an asset.
