Job Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Industrial Millwright (Red Seal / 433A) to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across local industrial facilities. You will be the primary Millwright on site, working closely with facility management in an autonomous setting.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, drive motors, steam generators, and heavy machinery.

*
Perform mechanical alignments,



basic welding/fabrication, and routine machinery inspections.

*
Maintain equipment operational readiness and complete basic shift logs (90% floor work / 10% paperwork).

Requirements

*
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright / Industrial Mechanic (433A) ticket required.

*
3+ years in industrial manufacturing, heavy industry, or ready-mix environments.

*
Strong mechanical troubleshooting; basic computer skills (email/spreadsheets); welding/fabrication experience preferred.

*
Must pass a criminal background check, drug & alcohol medical exam, and a respirator fit test (must be clean-shaven where the seal meets the face).

*
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors across changing weather conditions.
