Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including shelves and merchandise displays
- Conduct product demos and upsell relevant items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols for fuel handling and store operations to ensure a secure environment




- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment activities
- Use technology sales techniques to promote convenience store products or services when appropriate
- Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital communication

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashier experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Customer service experience that highlights positive interactions and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
