Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence, and manage field teams across multiple sites. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage site supervisors, cleaners, and field teams to deliver consistent quality.
- Oversee scheduling, workforce allocation, and compliance with client contracts.
- Track KPIs: labor efficiency, service quality, client satisfaction, and cost controls.
- Partner with finance on payroll accuracy, vendor management, and budget adherence.
- Drive continuous process improvements across operations.
- Act as the escalation point for client issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Implement systems to improve accountability, communication, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in operations management (food services, restaurant, retail, janitorial, facilities, construction,



or related industry preferred).
- Solid leadership and team management skills; proven ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Process-minded with a bias for efficiency and measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, employees, and executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Tech-savvy with comfort in scheduling software, Excel, and reporting tools.
