Key Responsibilities

Core Functions:

- Support partners with document analysis, recording, and file management
- Assist in mortgage application preparation and ensure file completeness (pre-approval to submission)
- Communicate with clients and lenders to collect outstanding documentation and manage follow-ups
- Help facilitate a smooth mortgage funding and conditions process

Additional Responsibilities:

- Coordinate lending meetings and assist with internal communication
- Review and verify documentation accuracy
- Handle client and lender correspondence (email and phone)
- Order appraisals, title searches, and other file-related services
- Prepare compliance documents for brokers/partners
- Assist in writing mortgage applications as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

- Mortgage industry experience
- Mortgage license (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of relevant work experience OR post-secondary education
- Experience with mortgage software, document systems, and digital tools (e.g., DocuSign, cloud platforms)

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Credit analysis: 1 year (preferred)
