310T Truck & Coach Mechanic – Day Shift – $38–$44/hr

Pay: $38.00–$44.00 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for experienced, licensed 310T Truck & Coach Mechanics to join our maintenance team at our Toronto facility near Cherry Beach.

We operate a diverse fleet of buses, coaches, and commercial vehicles, offering our mechanics the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on buses, coaches, and other commercial vehicles
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing
- Inspect, maintain, and repair braking, steering, suspension, drivetrain, and other vehicle systems
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
- Identify and address vehicle defects to maintain safety and reliability
- Perform road service calls and emergency repairs when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and Shop Manager

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician licence (required)




- Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty commercial vehicles
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Own basic hand tools appropriate for a licensed 310T technician
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to secure work practices and quality repairs
- Basic computer skills for maintenance records and diagnostics are an asset

Experience with buses and motor coaches is an asset, but qualified technicians from other heavy-duty vehicle backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Location

- Daytime shifts, Monday to Friday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Located in Toronto's Port Lands, near Cherry Beach
- Work performed primarily in our maintenance shop and vehicle yard, with occasional road service work
