Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate to help customers find the right products and enjoy a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable with retail sales, customer service, and POS transactions, and can explain product features clearly. Experience with technology sales or technical products is a plus. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide attentive, helpful service.
- Recommend products, answer questions, and demonstrate features through engaging product demos.
- Support sales by suggesting relevant add-ons and using thoughtful upselling techniques.
- Process purchases and returns accurately using the POS system; handle cashiering and cash handling in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain attractive displays, restock merchandise, and support merchandising standards.
- Keep the sales floor organized and assist with routine store tasks.
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, including by phone,



using professional phone etiquette.
- Manage tasks efficiently during busy periods while maintaining strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, communication skills, and a welcoming, professional approach.
- Comfortable with basic math, handling transactions, and learning point-of-sale technology.
- Interest in retail products and sales; technical sales experience or technology sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to explain product information clearly and confidently demonstrate products.
- English proficiency required for customer and team communication.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Dependable, organized, and able to balance customer needs with daily store responsibilities.

Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour
