What You’ll Be Doing as the Director of Treasury & External Financial Reporting
- Lead cash forecasting, liquidity management and capital funding.
- Oversee lender relationships, financial covenants and investor reporting.
- Direct external financial reporting, audits and ASPE compliance.
- Drive financial systems integration, automation and reporting improvements.
- Develop your team while establishing scalable processes and controls.
- Partner with senior leadership on financing decisions and business transformation.





About You as the Director of Treasury & External Financial Reporting
- CPA designation with public practice audit and corporate reporting experience.
- Expertise in debt and equity financing, cash forecasting and lender covenants.
- Strong ASPE knowledge and experience leading external audits.
- Confident, decisive communicator who takes ownership, drives results and navigates large ERP systems.
- Exceptional financial reporting skills in a multi-entity workplace and experience in construction or a similar capital-intensive industry.
