Job Title: Senior Project Manager xScale Finance

Location: : TORONTO (TRO) OFFICE

Job description

- Robust experience in Finance PMO, joint ventures, M&A;, or capital markets.
- Experience coordinating Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and external financial advisors.
- Executive stakeholder management and project governance expertise.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.




- CPA or accounting/finance operational experience as a strong preference.
- My recommendation: When sourcing candidates, prioritize Senior Finance Project Managers from data center companies, infrastructure investment firms, real estate investment organizations, and large enterprises with JV or M&A; transaction experience. A general IT Project Manager without financial transaction experience is unlikely to be a strong match.
