On behalf of our client we are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial insight across its operations. This role is ideal for a CPA who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys improving processes while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Oversee audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and financial performance
- Support financing, banking, and lender reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls
- Partner with operational leaders to support business decisions

What You’ll Bring
- CPA designation (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field




- 5+ years of progressive accounting or controllership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Manufacturing experience considered a strong asset
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Note: Our client is a northern New Brunswick-based operation. While the duties of Financial Controller role can be carried out under primarily remote conditions, access to and attendance at the head office will occasionally be required.

Compensation Range: $100K – $130K
