DMC Recruitment Group is partnering with an established and respected building materials distributor to recruit an experienced Branch Manager for its operation in 100 Mile House, British Columbia.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive profitability: Manage branch financial performance, budgets, sales targets, and operational KPIs to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop your team: Recruit, coach, and motivate employees while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Oversee branch operations: Manage inventory, purchasing, distribution, and daily activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Grow the business: Identify new opportunities, strengthen market presence, and build relationships with contractors, builders, and local customers.
- Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with senior management on business planning, financial reporting,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion safety and service: Maintain strong operational standards, workplace safety practices, and a customer-first approach.

WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for a motivated leader with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for developing people and growing a successful operation.

- 5+ years of management experience, ideally within building materials, construction supply, wholesale distribution, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and distribution operations.
- A hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
