We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Data Enrichment Specialist to maintain, audit, and enhance our customer database. You will bridge the gap between raw contact inputs and actionable sales intelligence by sourcing missing information, removing duplicates, and integrating automated data enrichment tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and Enrich: Source missing contact and firmographic details (full names, job titles, company sizes, industry verticals, phone numbers, and social profiles) using public directories, open-source records, and enrichme

nt tools.

• Data Cleansing & Hygiene: Identify and merge duplicate records, fix formatting inconsistencies, and flag or remove outdated information in the CRM.

• Platform Management: Enter, update, and manage records in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable, keeping data audit-ready.

• Enrichment Tool Integration: Configure and monitor third-party data enrichment/waterfall tools (such as ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or native CRM integrations) to automate data updates.

• Lead Qualification:



Convert unqualified leads and inbound contact submissions into structured, sales-qualified accounts based on company criteria.

• Compliance: Ensure all data handling and enrichment workflows comply with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and data spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google

Sheets).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data enrichment platforms, API workflows, web research techniques, and data mapping/validation rules.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a solid focus on data accuracy and reducing manual error rates.

• Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of data metrics, segmentation, and firmographic/technographic attributes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field (or equivalent practical experience in data operations)
