We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics contractor to support customer journey deployment through strong technical design, data quality assurance, and deep-dive analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a city known for its diverse culture and thriving business setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign/journey measurement
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- SAS + SQL (strong hands-on)
- Power BI
- Banking / customer journey experience
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills





Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with advanced data visualization techniques
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design technical specifications for journey deployment
- Support UAT to ensure data availability, accuracy, and quality across platforms
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and investigations to identify issues and insights
- Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys
