Job Description:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join their team in Acheson, Alberta on a 6-month Contract basis. This in-office role is ideal for someone experienced in high-volume billing, invoice processing, and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities:

- Generate invoices and credit documentation using Dynamics 365 and customer billing portals.
- Review billing records, pricing, inventory variances, and margins to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to verify purchase orders, quotes, and work orders.
- Ensure billing documentation is complete and accurate before invoices are issued.
- Follow up on missing pricing, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
- Submit invoice packages and maintain organized digital records.
- Support finance and credit teams with accruals, inventory investigations, and lien documentation.
- Maintain customer billing profiles and communicate billing status and outstanding issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of billing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and customer billing portals.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate across teams.
- Experience with invoice processing and customer account documentation.
- Robust communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
