Job Description:

- The Data Acquisition Engineer will be responsible for setting up and conducting data acquisition using various data acquisition systems.
- This involves coordinating test specimen build, setting up data acquisition systems, data processing, communicating with stakeholders.
- As part of the core responsibilities, the Data Acquisition Engineer will be required to have a detailed understanding of the data acquisition systems and various transducers used and how they interact as well as CAN communication.
- The ability to operate and conduct data acquisition at company grounds.
- The successful candidate will be a process and detail oriented individual with a proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal guidance.
- Additionally, valuable communication and leadership skills are required to coordinate and instruct bargaining unit mechanics in performing vehicle instrumentation, part strain gauging and part changes.

Education: Minimum Bachelor of Science of Engineering. We prefer Electrical for this role, but we will take Mechanical or other similar experience.
