CONCEPTEUR(TRICE) DE CUISINES

Le/la concepteur(trice) de cuisines a la responsabilité d'offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, tout en stimulant les ventes. Il/elle aborde les clients en adoptant une approche consultative et se sert de systèmes de création, tels que 20-20 Design, afin de leur fournir un service de conception, des options de produits et un devis pour leurs projets. Il/elle présente aux clients les différentes options de financement offertes en magasin et fait la promotion de produits et services connexes. Bref, nos concepteurs(trices) de cuisines sont stimulés par la vente du projet complet.

Ce poste exige une bonne précision et minutie dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide. Pour bien réussir dans ce poste, il faut d'abord bien cerner les besoins précis des clients, pour ensuite réaliser des ventes qui conviennent à leur budget, le tout afin de les aider à mener à bien leur projet de cuisine de rêve.

Expériences et compétences recherchées

- Posséder au moins un an d'expérience dans un environnement axé sur les ventes.
- Être stimulé par la vente du projet complet.
- Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes pour la lecture, la communication, les mathématiques et le service à la clientèle.
- Avoir une connaissance dans le domaine de la construction et savoir lire des plans d'architecte et des plans d'aménagement.
- Démontrer d'excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.
- Avoir une connaissance des armoires de cuisine et de salles de bains ainsi que des logiciels de conception (par ex., 20-20 et AutoCAD) constitue un atout.
- Porter attention aux détails et faire preuve d'autonomie, tout en sachant travailler en équipe.
