*We are seeking two candidates to fill two full-time positions.

Art Handling and Collection Care

- Oversee and execute the protected handling, inspection, packing, unpacking, installation, deinstallation, and transportation of artworks.
- Maintain accurate artwork inventory across gallery locations, warehouses, and storage facilities in Toronto and Montreal.
- Ensure artworks are properly documented, handled, stored, and protected throughout transportation and installation.
- Prepare artworks for shipment, including appropriate packing, crating, and coordination with transport providers.
- Coordinate and carry out artwork deliveries, pickups, and off-site installations at client residences and other locations.
- Identify potential risks related to artwork handling, storage, and transportation, implementing appropriate precautions.
- Develop and implement systematic processes for artwork organization, inventory management, and collection tracking.

Exhibition Installation and Gallery Maintenance
- Lead and execute exhibition installations and deinstallations, ensuring artworks are presented safely and to the gallery’s standards.
- Assess installation requirements and determine appropriate tools, materials,



hardware, and equipment.
- Coordinate artwork movements between gallery spaces, warehouses, client locations, and other venues.
- Maintain gallery spaces through wall preparation, patching, sanding, painting, lighting adjustments, equipment organization, and general repairs.
- Maintain tools, installation equipment, packing materials, and technical supplies, coordinating replenishment as needed.

Logistics and Team Collaboration
- Coordinate the receipt, dispatch, and movement of artworks and shipments, ensuring accurate records and timely communication.
- Collaborate with sales associates, art advisors, and colleagues across Toronto and Montreal to support client needs and gallery operations.
- Provide technical guidance and practical support to colleagues regarding artwork handling, installation methods, packing procedures, and collection care.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks, installations, deliveries, and operational requirements to ensure efficient workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, organization, and client service.
