Location- Mississauga Shift-Training during day and will be given a shift after that Compensation-$24/hr We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Transportation Operations Coordinator to support daily transportation operations, monitor shipments, and provide updates to internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities

- Answer calls and respond to inquiries from stores, carriers, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipments and proactively identify, resolve, and communicate delays or transportation issues.
- Maintain accurate information in transportation tracking systems.
- Provide operational updates to management and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and resolve system-related issues.
- Review data and processes, summarize findings, and recommend solutions.

Nice to Have
- Call centre or customer service experience.
- Experience in dispatch, transportation, or retail operations.
- Familiarity with transportation tracking systems such as JDA or Insight.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, including Hours of Work legislation, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, and the Highway Traffic Act.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian geography.
- Experience with CN and CP intermodal operations.
