Reach / Counterbalance Operator

- Shifts: Full-time – Days
- Pay: $24.00/hour
- Location: Woodbridge, ON
- Start Date: Immediate – Temp to Perm opportunity

We are hiring experienced Reach / Counterbalance Operators for a busy warehouse in Woodbridge. You will put away, retrieve and move palletized product in high racking for multiple clients. Successful candidates must be skilled, safety-focused operators who are comfortable working at height in busy aisles.
Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
- Put away and retrieve pallets from high racking locations
- Replenish pick locations as needed
- Load and unload trailers and containers
- Scan and confirm pallet moves using RF scanners and the WMS
- Inspect pallets and racking for damage and report issues




- Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections
- Follow all warehouse safety and traffic procedures
- Keep aisles and dock areas clean and clear
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience operating a forklift (reach truck and/or counterbalance)
- Valid forklift certification (reach and counterbalance) meeting Ontario requirements
- Comfortable working at height in high racking
- Experience using RF scanners and a WMS
- Solid focus on safety and attention to detail
- Ability to remain on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
- Reliable transportation to Woodbridge
- Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Equipment Experience Experience operating one or more of the following:

- Reach truck (single or double deep)
- Counterbalance, gas or electric
- Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- High racking put-away

Additional Information

- Temp to perm opportunity with an established warehouse
- Full-time hours
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
