What We Offer

- Competitive hourly pay: $23–$25, based on experience and skills

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform high-quality residential maintenance, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and detail surfaces, fixtures, and floors.
- Clean baseboards, interior windows, appliances, and cabinetry as assigned.
- Follow company cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and detailed checklists.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Complete final quality checks to ensure consistent cleaning standards.
- Treat clients' homes, belongings, and privacy with care and respect.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any property concerns to management.

Requirements

- Previous professional or residential cleaning experience is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to assigned cleaning locations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting equipment, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to follow company procedures and participate in training.

While previous cleaning experience is preferred, we're happy to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
