Warehouse Associate / Picker-Packer

- Shifts: Full-time – Days
- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Location: Woodbridge, ON
- Start Date: Immediate – Temp to Perm opportunity

We are hiring Warehouse Associates / Picker-Packers for a busy e-commerce fulfillment warehouse in Woodbridge. You will pick, pack and prepare orders for a wide range of products shipping to businesses and online shoppers. Successful candidates must be accurate, dependable, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving fulfillment environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and pick lists
- Pack orders carefully using the correct packaging and materials
- Label, scan and prepare parcels and pallets for shipping
- Check items for quality and damage before packing
- Support kitting, gift set assembly and labelling projects




- Process returns and restock product to the correct location
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Keep packing stations clean and well-stocked
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience preferred (6+ months)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for a full shift
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using RF scanners or willing to learn
- Able to work at a steady pace and meet targets
- Basic English reading skills for labels and pick lists
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
- Reliable transportation to Woodbridge
- Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following:

- E-commerce order fulfillment
- RF scanners
- Kitting or co-packing
- Returns processing

Additional Information

- Temp to perm opportunity with an established warehouse
