Forklift Operator

- Shifts:Full-time – Day
- Pay: $22.00/hour
- Location: Woodbridge, ON
- Start Date: Immediate – Temp to Perm opportunity

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse in Woodbridge. You will move, stage and load product for multiple clients in a fast-paced distribution environment. Successful candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and confident operating equipment in busy aisles and dock areas.
Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move and stage product
- Load and unload trailers and containers accurately and efficiently
- Put away and retrieve pallets from racking locations
- Stage outbound orders in the correct dock or lane
- Inspect pallets and product for damage and report issues
- Shrink-wrap and secure pallets for shipping




- Complete daily forklift pre-use inspections and log any equipment issues
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and traffic procedures
- Keep dock and aisle areas clean and clear
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience operating a forklift
- Valid forklift certification meeting Ontario safety requirements
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience loading and unloading trailers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for a full shift
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
- Reliable transportation to Woodbridge
- Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Equipment Experience Experience operating one or more of the following:

- Counterbalance, gas or electric
- Reach truck
- Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Trailer and container loading

Additional Information

- Temp to perm chance with an established warehouse
- Full-time hours
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
