Travel regularly and work hybrid one day weekly.As an Employer Engagement and Placement Specialist, you will support the Progress phase of Integrated Employment Services. You will conduct outreach, identify labour market opportunities, match clients with employers, and support sustainable employment outcomes. Collaboration with Career Success Coaches and Career Retention Specialists is central to coordinated service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct employer outreach through calls, networking, meetings, and presentationsOrganize hiring fairs, recruitment events, and information sessionsMatch client skills and goals with employer needsNegotiate placement agreements, employment terms,



and wage incentivesMaintain records, outcomes, partnerships, and compliance documentationRequirements:
Post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent education and experienceMinimum two years’ relevant employer engagement or business development experienceConfidence with sales, prospecting, negotiation, and ongoing targetsValid Ontario G driver’s licence and reliable vehicleStrong communication, organization, confidentiality, and relationship-building skillsApply employer engagement, job development, client matching, and placement expertise to advance employment outcomes through The Career Foundation.
