Revival Therapeutics & Performance

Airdrie

If you want to build a strong clinic caseload without having to create every system yourself, Revival is hiring a Certified Athletic Therapist for a part-time start with a defined path toward fuller hours.

You will focus on high-quality care, follow-up and client continuity while the clinic supports booking, payments, marketing and referrals. Progress will be discussed with transparent measures such as availability, utilization, client retention, documentation and client experience.

Role details

- Location: Airdrie, Alberta, in person
- Schedule: start with the listed recurring blocks and add hours as demand, continuity and agreed performance markers support it.
- Employment type: employee or independent contractor
- Compensation: insert the approved, credible rate or per-appointment range for the selected employment structure
- Career path: this version is for a clinician who wants a fuller book. Revival provides infrastructure and coaching; caseload size and income are not guaranteed.

What you will do

- Assess musculoskeletal injuries and functional limitations, then build clear care plans with the client.
- Provide one-to-one athletic therapy using manual treatment, progressive exercise, education and home programming within scope.
- Keep accurate, timely clinical notes and communicate next steps clearly.
- Collaborate with other practitioners and refer when another discipline is the better fit.
- Contribute to a calm, respectful clinic experience and follow Revival’s clinical and operational standards.

What you need

- Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) in good standing with CATA, or eligible to be certified by the agreed start date.
- Active professional liability insurance and current Standard First Aid and CPR.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, assessment, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
- Reliable follow-through, respectful communication and a client-centred approach.

- Comfort working independently while participating in collaborative case discussion when useful.

Helpful but not required

- Clinic experience with persistent pain, complex presentations or a broad adult caseload.
- Additional manual therapy, concussion, pelvic health, hypermobility or other relevant education.
- An existing caseload. Revival can support a gradual start; it is not a condition of applying.

What Revival provides

- A multidisciplinary, non-competitive team that discusses cases and makes appropriate referrals.
- Administrative, booking and payment support, plus clinic marketing and referral support.
- Private treatment space, online booking and charting, in-house laundry and free parking.
- Mentorship and practical learning support when wanted, without making advancement or management a condition of success.
- A clear recurring schedule agreed before you start, with expectations discussed directly.
- Discounted in-house treatments and team connection opportunities.

How to apply

Apply through Indeed with your resume. Please answer the short screening questions about certification, availability and the kind of clinical schedule you are looking for. Qualified applicants will receive the next-step outline promptly.

This version is intended for a clinician who actively wants fuller hours and a measurable practice-building path. The conversation will be direct about starting capacity, realistic timelines and how progress is assessed.

Pay: $60.00-$200.00 per hour

Benefits:

- On-site parking

- Store discount

Application question(s):

- What is your current CATA certification status? State whether you are CAT(C) in good standing, eligible or scheduled for certification, or at another stage, and include your expected certification date if applicable.
- List the recurring days and times you can work in our Airdrie clinic. Include mornings, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, and state whether you can consistently work at least three days per week including one weekend day.
- A new client arrives with a musculoskeletal concern you have not seen before. Walk us through what you would do from greeting them to ending the first appointment.
- Tell us about a time feedback changed how you worked. What was the feedback, and what did you do differently afterward?
- Describe a time you decided a client needed referral, collaboration or care outside your scope. What did you notice, and what did you do?
- Do you currently own, operate or provide paid treatment through your own mobile, home-based or clinic therapy business? Also list any ongoing job, field or business commitments that would need to coexist with this clinic schedule.
- This role requires discussing assessment findings, consent, treatment options, plans and referrals, and completing records in English. Can you perform these duties in English, with reasonable accommodation if required?
- If invited to the next stage, are you willing to provide two qualified references before the phone interview? Early-career applicants may use a practicum supervisor or instructor.
- For the next 12 months, what balance of clinic-based work and field or event work are you seeking? What recurring clinic schedule and caseload do you want to build, and what will you do consistently to build client continuity?
