Your role and responsibilities

In this role as Chief of Stuff, you will own the operational process of the IT Business Systems team including training, governance, planning, reporting, and budgeting — as a single accountable leader. Each day, you will analyze user support data to sharpen our IT systems delivery across five business areas.

This is a role for a builder-operator, not a coordinator. You will own six interconnected functions that define how the IT Business Systems team runs, how the business perceives it,



and how effectively it serves its users. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on continued investment in the team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Business reviews: Monthly packages for five business areas across two user groups. A decision forum, not a status dump.
- Budget: Owns and reconciles the team budget monthly. Contractor forecasting is the hard part.
- Intake governance: Runs the APT process. Can tell a director their request is not first this month and keep the relationship.
- End user training: Reads ticket data, builds what is needed, and knows when training is not the answer.
- Internal team enablement: Develops our own people across ECC,
