Job Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Cleaning Contractor with a car to help maintain clean, safe, and orderly commercial spaces.
- The contractor will perform routine and periodic cleaning while supporting general facilities maintenance needs.
- This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and follow site-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned commercial spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean interior surfaces using appropriate supplies and equipment.
- Empty waste and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies, and report low inventory.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, safety practices, and site requirements.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, damage, or safety hazards.
- Assist with basic upkeep and maintenance tasks within the agreed scope of work.




- Care for cleaning equipment and keep work areas organized.

Experience

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred; commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, sanitation practices, and safe handling procedures is beneficial.
- Experience with facilities maintenance or general maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work reliably, manage tasks independently, and maintain consistent attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform the physical duties of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and handling routine cleaning equipment.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per day
